Consists of Mark and Michele Rowson. Mark is the licensed Realtor and Broker for Envisage Real Estate. Mark is a high producer with an excellent track record of sales in the Bay Area. Mark handles all the sales & negotiations, open houses and Brokers tours, the MLS listing, documentation, inspections and closings. Michele handles the marketing. The marketing is the same as any other large company; MLS, Social Media, Print Ads, Mail Chimp Campaigns, brochures, staging and photo-shoots. Its important that our clients know and understand that we can offer a full range of services when it comes time for them to buy or sell a home- at discounted pricing!

We’re a one stop shop! Our Real Estate Company works hand in hand with our Construction Company!
We will take away the headaches and hassles for you. If you need some work done on a home you are selling we can help! We will give you an estimate, take care of ordering, scheduling and get the job done as quickly as possible. Then market and sell your home for the maximum price! We know what upgrades will get you a good ROI. Other Realtors do not. We start by doing our own “inspection” then recommend what could be done in the home that will give you a good return on your investment. If an upgrade won’t give you a good return on your investment, we won’t recommend it! We’re able to weigh the cost of proposed improvements, return on the investment against the homes market value after the upgrades are completed.
The Rowson Team, as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent only charges 1.75% on our side of the deal, or 3.50% total if we represent both sides!
